after much traveling and numerous hotels lately, landing here was great. the room was beautiful and the service was very attentive. parking access was easier than i thought it would be. overall, it was a smooth experience from arrival to settling in.
the shower had a tendency to leak onto the bathroom floor. management should address this issue. it was a nuisance to clean it up after each use. this minor inconvenience detracted a little from an otherwise excellent experience.

the room was nice the view was great the staff was friendly.
the hotel double-charged my credit card after one payment failed i tried to contact them for five days to resolve the issue but there was no response this payment issue left a bad taste.

i totally enjoyed the spacious swiss executive king room. the underfloor heating in the bathroom was a great bonus especially with a lovely bath. i also appreciated the pillow menu i found the perfect one immediately
